Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons anchovy paste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
2 cups croutons
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, chives, capers, and anchovy paste.
