Ingredients:

200g fresh egg noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
100g ground pork or beef

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
Add the ginger powder, soy sauce, hoisin sauce and sugar and stir to combine. Add the ground pork or beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the meat mixture. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until heated through. Serve hot with your favorite toppings such as green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
