2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth
2 cups water
2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
200g cooked noodles of your choice (e.g. egg noodles)

Once the soup has simmered for 10 minutes, add the wontons to the pot and simmer for an additional 5 minutes until they are cooked through.
Add the cooked noodles to the pot and simmer for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
