Ingredients:

200g white fish fillet
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup pineapple chunks
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar

Cooking Instructions:

Cut the fish fillet into cubes and coat with the cornstarch.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fish cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, pineapple chunks, ketchup, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sugar. Cook for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Add the cooked fish back into the skillet and stir to combine all ingredients together. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through. 5
