Ingredients:

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup carrots, diced
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
1/4 cup snow peas or green beans, sliced into thin strips
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons water

Cooking Instructions:
