1 sea bass fillet (150g)
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of grated ginger root
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of chopped scallions
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your steamer to medium-high heat.
Place the sea bass fillet in a shallow dish and season with soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger root, garlic and scallions.
