Ingredients:

1 fillet of white fish (150g)
2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon of grated ginger root
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of chopped spring onions

Cooking Instructions:

Place the fish fillet in a shallow bowl and season with the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger root and vegetable oil. Mix together until the fish is evenly coated.
Place the fish in a steamer basket over boiling water and steam for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
