Ingredients:

200g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2 tablespoons Longjing tea leaves
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine or dry sherry
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the shrimp and stir-fry for 2 minutes until they are just cooked through.
Add the Longjing tea leaves, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine or dry sherry, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry for another minute until everything is combined and heated through.
Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
