Ingredients:

100g chicken breast, diced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey or sugar
2 tablespoons white wine or rice vinegar
50g cashew nuts, toasted

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned.
Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
Add the soy sauce, honey or sugar, and white wine or rice vinegar to the skillet and stir to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the cashew nuts to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened further.
Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles of your choice. Enjoy!
