Ingredients:

1 boneless chicken breast (150g)
2 tablespoons of soy sauce (30ml)
1 tablespoon of honey (15ml)
1 teaspoon of sesame oil (5ml)
2 cloves of garlic, minced (4g)
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (30ml)
½ cup of cashews (50g)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and garlic. Set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the chicken breast to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Add the cashews to the skillet and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken and cashews and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles if desired. Enjoy!
