Ingredients:

500g pork belly
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the cooking oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the pork belly and cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the garlic and ginger to the pot and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Add the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and Shaoxing wine to the pot and stir to combine. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes until pork is tender.
Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy!
