Ingredients:

200g beef steak, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon black pepper powder
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef slices and cook for 3 minutes until lightly browned.
