Ingredients:

200g beef mince
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 cups beef stock or broth
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
150g dried egg noodles

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef mince and cook until browned.
Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, beef stock or broth, white pepper powder and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the noodles to the soup and cook for another 10 minutes or until noodles are cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings such as chopped green onions or cilantro leaves.
