Ingredients:

200g beef mince
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground coriander
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
500ml beef stock or water
200g dried egg noodles

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the beef mince and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the ginger, coriander, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil and stir to combine. Cook for another minute or two until fragrant.
Pour in the beef stock or water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the egg noodles and cook for another 10 minutes until noodles are cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings such as green onions or cilantro if desired!
