Ingredients:

1 croissant
2 ounces cooked chicken breast, diced
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dried cranberries
1 tablespoon chopped pecans
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Cut the croissant in half lengthwise.
