Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion slices and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the onions are golden brown and caramelized.
Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the caramelized onions over the crust and top with gorgonzola cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
