Ingredients:

1 cup cubed butternut squash
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.
