Ingredients:

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons of butter, softened
1/4 cup of brie cheese, sliced thinly
1/2 apple, cored and sliced thinly

Cooking Instructions:

Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice butter side down in a skillet over medium heat.
Layer the brie cheese slices on top of the bread in the skillet. Top with apple slices.
Place the other slice of bread on top, butter side up. Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. Flip sandwich over and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
