Ingredients:

2 sheets of puff pastry dough
1/2 cup of cooked chicken, diced
1/4 cup of cooked ham, diced
1/4 cup of cooked sausage, diced
1/4 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce or salsa
2 tablespoons of chopped onion
2 tablespoons of chopped bell pepper (red or green)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place one sheet of puff pastry dough on a lightly floured surface and roll it out slightly.
Spread the tomato sauce or salsa over the puff pastry dough.
Sprinkle the chicken, ham, sausage, cheese, onion and bell pepper over the top.
Place the second sheet of puff pastry dough on top and press down lightly to seal the edges together.
Cut into desired shapes (squares or triangles) and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce!
