Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of cumin powder
200 grams of black beans, cooked and drained
100 grams of bacon, diced
2 tablespoons of parsley, chopped

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
Add the paprika and cumin powder to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the black beans to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
Add the bacon to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes until crispy.
Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
