Ingredients:

1 large cassava root (about 500g)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Peel and cut the cassava root into thin strips, about 5mm thick.
Place the cassava strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika powder, salt and pepper over the cassava strips and mix until evenly coated.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
