Ingredients:

200g cod fillet (soaked overnight)
2 potatoes (peeled and diced)
1 onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Add the cod fillet and season with paprika powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
