2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tomato puree
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
100g mushrooms, finely chopped
100g cheddar cheese, grated

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark
Grease a baking tray with olive oil.

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef mince and cook for 5 minutes until browned. Add the onion and garlic and cook for another 3 minutes until softened. Stir in the tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard and cook for another minute before adding in the mushrooms. Cook for a further 3 minutes until mushrooms are softened then remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
