Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce
100g of cooked pulled pork
1/4 cup of coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the BBQ sauce on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the pulled pork on one slice of bread and top with the coleslaw mix.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper until combined.
Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the other slice of bread and place it on top of the sandwich.
Place the sandwich in the preheated skillet and cook for 5 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot and enjoy!
