Ingredients:

1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup smoked gouda cheese, shredded or diced
1/2 cup pretzel dough (homemade or store
bought)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place the pretzel dough on a lightly greased baking sheet. Using your fingers, spread the dough out into a thin circle about 10 inches in diameter.
Brush the olive oil over the top of the dough and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the BBQ sauce over the top of the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge.
Top with chicken and cheese and bake for 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
