1 boneless, skinless chicken breast (150g)
2 tablespoons of your favorite barbecue sauce (30ml)
1 teaspoon of olive oil (5ml)
Salt and pepper to taste (2g each)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C.
Place the chicken breast on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
