Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup diced potatoes
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup white sauce (store
bought or homemade)
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, diced potatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix until potatoes are evenly coated.
Spread the potato mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
Spread the white sauce onto a pre-made pizza crust or homemade dough. Top with cooked bacon crumbles and roasted potatoes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top of the pizza.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
