Ingredients:

1 cup cooked quinoa
2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Cooking Instructions:
