Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup of spinach leaves, chopped
1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
2 slices of cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions:
