Ingredients:

1 cup chickpeas (soaked overnight)
2 tablespoons tahini paste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
Drain the soaked chickpeas and place them in a bowl.
Add the tahini paste, olive oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika powder, salt and pepper to the bowl and mix everything together until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Place the mixture on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil and place it in the smoker for 30 minutes or until the chickpeas are cooked through.
