Ingredients:

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons of hummus
1/2 cup of cubed tofu
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Add the olive oil to the skillet and let it heat up.
Add the cubed tofu to the skillet and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tofu is golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Spread one slice of bread with hummus and top with the cooked tofu.
Top with the other slice of bread and press down lightly to flatten the sandwich slightly.
Place the sandwich in the preheated skillet over medium heat and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
