Ingredients:

1 swordfish steak (200g)
2 tablespoons of butter (30g)
2 tablespoons of lemon juice (30ml)
1 teaspoon of garlic powder (5g)
1 teaspoon of dried oregano (5g)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
Place the swordfish steak on a sheet of aluminum foil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the foil-wrapped fish in the smoker and cook for 15 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add the lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly.
Remove the fish from the smoker and pour the lemon butter sauce over it before serving.
