Ingredients:

2 cups gluten
free flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup warm water

Cooking Instructions:

Add the olive oil and warm water and mix until combined.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece out into a thin circle on a lightly floured surface.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
