Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup sun
dried tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup halloumi cheese, sliced into thin strips
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil and let it heat up for a few seconds.
Add the halloumi cheese strips and cook for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove the halloumi from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
Toast the sourdough bread in the same skillet for about 2 minutes on each side until lightly golden brown.
Place the toasted bread on a plate and top with the cooked halloumi strips, sun-dried tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately while still warm!
