Ingredients:

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons of olive tapenade
1 tuna steak (about 150g)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Rub the tuna steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the tuna steak on the preheated grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a griddle pan until lightly golden brown.
Spread the olive tapenade on one side of each slice of toast.
Place the cooked tuna steak on top of one slice of toast and top with the other slice of toast to make a sandwich.
Serve immediately while still warm.
