Ingredients:

50g glass noodles (harusame)
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the glass noodles. Cook for 5 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
