Ingredients:

1/2 cup of all
purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 cup of warm water (110°F)
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of shredded provolone cheese
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of crumbled gorgonzola cheese
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh oregano leaves
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, salt and sugar. Add the olive oil and mix until it forms a crumbly texture. Slowly add the warm water while stirring until it forms a dough ball. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking sheet with olive oil or cooking spray.
On a lightly floured surface roll out the dough into an 11-inch circle. Place on prepared baking sheet and spread tomato sauce over the top leaving a ½ inch border around the edge. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top followed by provolone cheese then Parmesan cheese and finally gorgonzola cheese over top. Sprinkle basil leaves oregano leaves garlic salt and pepper over top as desired.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into wedges to serve hot or at room temperature as desired. Enjoy!
