Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons water
4 ounces pizza dough
4 ounces burrata cheese
2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Set aside.
In another small bowl, mix together the tomato paste and water until combined. Set aside.
Roll out the pizza dough on the prepared baking sheet into an 8-inch circle or square shape.
Spread the tomato paste mixture over the dough evenly using a spoon or spatula.
Top with burrata cheese slices and Roma tomatoes slices in an even layer over the top of the pizza dough.
Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the top of the pizza and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly around edges of crust.
Remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving warm!
