This White Pizza with Roasted Cauliflower and Parmesan is an easy Italian dish that’s packed with flavor! It’s made by roasting cauliflower florets in olive oil, garlic powder, oregano leaves, red pepper flakes (optional), salt and black pepper before topping it on a pizza crust or pre-baked pizza dough along with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese before baking it in the oven until golden brown and bubbly!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup cauliflower florets, roasted
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons tomato sauce or pizza sauce
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the roasted cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano leaves, red pepper flakes (optional), salt and black pepper. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and set aside.
Spread the tomato sauce or pizza sauce on a pizza crust or pre-baked pizza dough. Top with mozzarella cheese and roasted cauliflower florets. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm. Enjoy!
