Ingredients:

1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 plums, pitted and sliced into wedges
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once the oil is hot, add the plum wedges and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly charred. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a small bowl combine the oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Place a pizza crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the crust leaving about an inch of space around the edges for the crust to rise during baking. Sprinkle half of the seasoning mixture over the sauce followed by half of the mozzarella cheese and all of the ricotta cheese. Top with grilled plums and remaining mozzarella cheese followed by remaining seasoning mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and top with fresh basil leaves before serving warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
