Ingredients:

250g plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
7g dried yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil
150ml warm water
2 tablespoons truffle oil
200g mushrooms (sliced)
100g mozzarella cheese (grated)
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Stir to combine.
Add the olive oil and warm water to the bowl and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and set aside in a warm place for 10 minutes to allow the dough to rise.
Preheat oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark
Grease a baking tray with some olive oil or butter.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a circle about 30cm in diameter. Place on the prepared baking tray.
Drizzle the truffle oil over the pizza base then top with mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of the pizza then bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
