Ingredients:

1/2 cup of all
purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of water
1/2 cup of tomato sauce or pizza sauce
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil leaves

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the olive oil and water and mix until combined. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until it is smooth. Roll out the dough into a 9-inch circle on the prepared baking sheet.
Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Arrange zucchini slices over top and sprinkle with basil leaves.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into wedges to serve.
