Ingredients:

2 slices of Italian bread
2 slices of pepperoni
2 slices of ham
2 slices of provolone cheese
1/4 cup of sliced tomatoes
1/4 cup of sliced cucumbers
1/4 cup of sliced red onions
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place the two slices of bread on a baking sheet.
Top each slice with one slice each of pepperoni and ham.
Top each slice with one slice each of provolone cheese.
Top each slice with tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions.
Drizzle olive oil over the top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
