Ingredients:

1 large potato, peeled and grated
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Your favorite pizza toppings (e.g. pepperoni, mushrooms, olives)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch round baking pan with cooking spray or olive oil.
In a medium bowl, combine the grated potato, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano leaves and salt and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
Spread the potato mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan and press down firmly to form an even layer. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Remove from oven and top with mozzarella cheese and your favorite pizza toppings. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of the pizza. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into wedges and serving warm. Enjoy!
