Ingredients:

2 portobello mushrooms, sliced into 1/4 inch thick slices
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 slices of your favorite bread, toasted or grilled if desired
4 sun
dried tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons pesto sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the portobello mushroom slices.
Place the mushrooms on the preheated grill or grill pan and cook for 5 minutes per side until they are tender and lightly charred.
Toast or grill the bread slices if desired. Spread each slice with pesto sauce then top with grilled mushrooms and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Serve immediately.
