Ingredients:

1 flatbread pizza crust (10 inches)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced or shredded
1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded For the Lemon Aioli:
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place the flatbread pizza crust on a baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil over the crust and spread it evenly with a brush or spoon. Top with chicken, artichoke hearts, and mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Meanwhile, make the lemon aioli by combining mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic powder in a small bowl until well combined. Set aside until ready to use.
Once the pizza is done baking, remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into pieces. Serve with lemon aioli on top or on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
