This Artichoke and Sun-Dried Tomato Pizza is an easy to make Italian meal that is sure to please everyone! It’s made with fresh artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese all on top of a pre-made pizza crust then topped with fresh basil leaves before serving for an extra burst of flavor!

Ingredients:

1 pre
made pizza crust
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
1/4 cup sun
dried tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil over the crust.
Sprinkle the artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes and red onion over the crust.
Top with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves before serving.
