Ingredients:

1 pre
made pizza crust
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

5 shrimp, grilled and sliced into pieces
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the crust and spread evenly. Sprinkle garlic over the top.
Spread ricotta cheese over the crust in an even layer. Top with mozzarella cheese and grilled shrimp pieces.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top before serving. Add salt and pepper to taste if desired.
