Ingredients:

2 slices of salami
2 slices of ham
2 slices of provolone cheese
1/4 cup sliced red onion
1/4 cup sliced bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced cucumber
2 tablespoons olive oil mayonnaise or regular mayonnaise
1 sub roll or hoagie roll

Cooking Instructions:

Start by slicing the sub roll in half lengthwise.
Spread the mayonnaise on both sides of the sub roll.
Layer the salami, ham and provolone cheese on one side of the sub roll.
Top with the red onion, bell pepper and cucumber slices.
Place the other half of the sub roll on top and press down lightly to secure it in place.
Cut in half and serve immediately or wrap tightly in foil for later consumption.
