Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped into small pieces
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the shrimp and cook for another minute or until they are cooked through.
Add the tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper to the skillet and cook for another minute or until the tomatoes are softened.
Spread the mixture onto a prebaked pizza crust and top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
